Crumble Catering is a Los Angeles story built on decades of friendship, partnership, hospitality, and a genuine love of bringing people together. At its heart are Chef Wayne Elias and Chris Diamond, whose combined culinary and business expertise has helped shape LA’s restaurant and entertainment scene for decades. Together, they created celebrated LA institutions including Mark’s Restaurant and Rockwell Table & Stage and grew Crumble into one of the city’s premier catering companies.

Chef Wayne brings decades of culinary experience and has catered countless high-profile events, including the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party and events for Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, and Lionsgate. Chris brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience, specializing in operations, management, and building successful businesses.
