For decades, Chef Wayne Elias has brought together food, hospitality and unforgettable experiences across Los Angeles.

As the founder and Executive Chef of Crumble Catering, Wayne has led the company through hundreds of high-profile events, from Hollywood premieres and major entertainment events to intimate celebrations.

His culinary career has included Rockwell Table & Stage, Mark's Restaurant, studio commissaries and more than a decade providing food, beverage and catering services at the John Anson Ford Theater.

Crumble has also been the caterer of choice for the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party for more than two decades.

Wayne holds a culinary degree from the esteemed Rhode Island School of Design and has traveled the world, returning with a wide array of culinary techniques and tastes. He and his business partner Chris Diamond are very active in supporting their local communities and are committed to eco-friendly and sustainable best practices.
