Chef Wayne Elias is the Founder and Executive Chef of Crumble Catering, one of LA’s most sought-after catering companies, having provided food and catering services for A-list events, celebrities, socialites, movie premieres, and more, including operating the NBC Studio Burbank Commissary and the Deluxe Labs Studio Lot Commissary. For the past 15 years, Crumble Catering has operated all food, beverage, and catering services at the newly renovated John Anson Ford Theater and for the past 14 years has been the caterer of choice for the start-studded Elton John Aids Foundation Oscar Party. Additional clients include premieres and events for Warner Brothers, Disney, Universal, Summitt Films, and Lions Gate.

Also a restauranteur, Chef Wayne Elias has served as the founder, creator, and executive chef of the renowned Rockwell Table and Stage for eight years and Mark’s Restaurant for fifteen years.

Wayne holds a culinary degree from the esteemed Rhode Island School of Design and has traveled the world, returning with a wide array of culinary techniques and tastes. He and his business partner Chris Diamond are very active in supporting their local communities and are committed to eco-friendly and sustainable best practices.
